Rental Policy

The following content in conjunction with the rental policy and/or text from 559.826.3956, serves as a receipt and agreement between Customer and A Party Comes 2 U:

Reservations:
​
To ensure proper quantities and availability, please place your order a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.

A Party Comes 2 U reserves the right to check customer ID, especially when items are reserved for a venue.

All reservations require a 35% deposit at the time of order placement. The deposit is non-refundable.

We accept Cash, Company Checks, Credit Cards, Zelle, and Money Orders as forms of payment.

Reservations over $100 must be paid in full 5 days prior to the event.

A Party Comes 2 U reserves the right to refuse services, even if deposits are made. We will refund deposits for refused services when necessary.

If it rains on the day of rental, the bouncer rental is automatically canceled.

Delivery & Pick Up:
​
Regular delivery and pick-up are available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at a regular fee. Additional fees may apply for other hours.

Customer is responsible for order confirmation and accuracy upon delivery. Please notify A Party Comes 2 U (559.826.3956) at the time of delivery if items are missing or damaged to receive a refund or credit. No credit or refund will be issued if a dispute is reported after the event takes place.

On the scheduled day of pick-up, all items should be cleaned and assembled in a single location where they were delivered.

All snow cone machines, cotton candy machines, coolers, coffee makers, etc., should be rinsed, food-free, and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. Additional charges will apply for all unreturned boxes and crates, breakage, loss, and excessive cleaning.

Linens should be dry and free of debris to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs must be folded, stacked, and ready for pick-up unless A Party Comes 2 U is contracted ahead of time for setup and/or takedown.

Damage Waiver:
A Party Comes 2 U rental equipment is in top working condition when delivered. Please notify us at the time of delivery if rentals are not to your expectation.

A Party Comes 2 U is not liable for anyone or anything damaged or injured from our rental items. Customers are renting equipment and supplies with A Party Comes 2 U at their own risk. Due to COVID-19, we sanitize rental items before going out. If you feel it is not to your standard, please feel free to sanitize as needed.

Customers are responsible for having their own insurance to protect their guests and properties.

Any accidental damage to A Party Comes 2 U rental items will incur a replacement fee.

Loss or Damage:
The customer retains full responsibility for rented equipment from the time our staff delivers your item to the time our staff picks up the rental. Please ensure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Additional charges will apply for missing, broken, burned, or heavily damaged items. Vases, lights, etc., will be considered broken if returned chipped. If you discover a chipped or broken item when you unpack your order, PLEASE NOTIFY US AT ONCE SO THAT WE CAN PROMPTLY REPLACE THE ITEMS.

Set-up and Breakdown:
​
Set-up and breakdown services are available at a reasonable additional cost if arranged in advance. If no arrangements are made and this service is desired on delivery, our drivers must call for authorization and pricing. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE – THESE POLICIES GOES WITH WHAT IS STIPULATED IN THE SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT AND WHAT WAS TEXT WITH OUR CUSTOMER.
