Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy A Party Comes 2 U – Party Rental Services Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations (7+ Days Prior to Event) – Customers who cancel their reservation at least 7 days before the event date will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations (3-6 Days Prior to Event) – Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total rental cost. Cancellations (Less Than 72 Hours Before Event) – Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund. Weather-Related Cancellations – If inclement weather prevents safe setup and use of our equipment, we offer a reschedule option at no additional charge (subject to availability). Refunds are not issued due to weather cancellations unless rescheduling is not possible. Customer Responsibilities & Equipment Damage: Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of all rented equipment. Any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in repair or replacement fees charged to the customer. If damages occur, customers must notify A Party Comes 2 U immediately. Fees for damages will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs. Equipment must be returned clean and in good condition. Cleaning fees may apply if equipment is returned in an excessively dirty state. Liability Disclaimer: A Party Comes 2 U is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the rental period. Customers assume full responsibility for the safe use of all rented equipment. The customer agrees to supervise all rented equipment and ensure proper use according to provided instructions. By renting from A Party Comes 2 U, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the use of our rental items. By placing a reservation with A Party Comes 2 U, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy
